Respectful participation
Treat consumers, professionals, reviewers, advertisers and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, pressure reviewers, publish private information or retaliate against someone for a good-faith report.
Honest identity and activity
Use your real authorized identity and relationship to profiles or organizations. Do not create deceptive accounts, manipulate ratings, generate false leads, misrepresent affiliations or evade suspensions.
Enforcement
Responses may include education, content changes, warnings, feature restrictions, verification removal, suspension or closure. Severity, history, intent, risk and cooperation may be considered.
