Accuracy and authority
Professionals must be authorized to publish the profile, portrait, brokerage affiliation, licence information, portfolio media, documents and testimonials they submit. Material changes must be updated promptly.
Leads and communications
Profile inquiries are archived and emailed. Professionals must use lead information only to respond to the inquiry and provide lawful services, protect it from unauthorized access, and honor applicable consent and communication rules.
Memberships and moderation
Paid features depend on the active plan and verified payment status. The platform may review, suspend, relabel or remove content, badges or access when information is misleading, unauthorized, expired, disputed or inconsistent with platform rules.
