Verification Policy
What platform badges mean, how evidence is reviewed and the limits of verification.
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-07-17
Verification types
Licence, identity and brokerage-affiliation checks are separate. A badge identifies the type of check completed, its status and, where relevant, an expiry date.
Evidence and review
The platform may review regulator records, submitted documents, profile information and brokerage evidence. Private documents are protected and are not displayed publicly. Additional information may be requested.
Limits
Verification is a point-in-time platform check, not a guarantee of current standing, competence, honesty, transaction results or regulatory approval. Consumers should confirm important information directly with the applicable authority.
Questions and updates
Use the Trust & Support Centre for questions or case submissions. The current version and effective date appear on this page. These public documents provide platform rules and operational information and are not a substitute for advice from qualified legal, regulatory, financial or property professionals.
